City Council
Brandon Noel was first elected to the Zachary City Council in November 2010, assumed office on January 10, 2011, was reelected in 2014, and again in 2018 representing Council District 2. Brandon is a graduate of LSU with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Councilman Brandon Noel is active in the community having served both as President and a board member of the Zachary Rotary Club and also as an ambassador for the Zachary Chamber of Commerce. He is currently employed as an Assistant Vice President of Commercial Lending and Business Development at Landmark Bank and is also a Realtor with Keller Williams. He is married to Megan Noel, Assistant Principal at Zachary Elementary School. They have two children, Grace and Evan, and are members of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, where Brandon also volunteers by teaching religious education. Council District 2 areas include: Marita Terrace, Zachary Terrace, Sandy Creek, Windwood, portions of Fennwood Links, The Settlement, Old East Place, Waterford Place, Meadow Lake, portions of Fennwood, East Meadow, portions of Myrtle Hill, portions of Zachary Hills Estates, and portions of Rollins Road, Pope Road, Hickman Lane, Shaffett Lane, and Highway 64.
