City Council
Francis Nezianya began serving as a Zachary Council Member in 2006, and was elected without opposition in October 2010. Francis represents Council District One. His party affiliation is Independent. He is a local business owner and operator of Subway Restaurants. Francis is a graduate of Southern University, and holds his degree in Accounting. Francis served as past President of the Zachary Chamber of Commerce, past President of the Zachary Rotary Club and 2016-2017 District Governor for Rotary District 6200. He is a member of St. Patrick's Episcopal Church, where he serves on the Louisiana Episcopal Diocese Executive Board. In 2017, Francis was awarded the Citizen of the Year in Zachary. He is married to Lettimarie Nezianya.
